I have deep roots in community development and leadership, profound knowledge of the human side of organizational change, proven skill in a client-centred approach to assessement and analysis, project design and delivery – and experience applying this effectively with all kinds of groups at all ages and stages of organizational development. My strength is organizational assessment and intervention design that is culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate, and which empowers the client group to recognize and build on their strengths to develop the assets of their organization, their people, and their ability to self-govern.

My consulting practice is based in Vancouver, but my network extends beyond B.C., and I rely on this rich resource of experience and connectedness for generating creative ideas and solutions for your organization's challenges. This website will be an ongoing and renewable 'home base' of information for clients, and a marketing and relationship development salon for my network of collaborators, colleagues, and clients.
